Below, we provide information on our shipping policies, applicable to purchases within Mexico and internationally (anywhere in the world).
 
MEXICO CITY (CDMX) AND METROPOLITAN AREA
Local purchases over $10,000 MXN (ten thousand pesos) will receive free shipping within the coverage area of the local courier companies with which we have an agreement. Otherwise, delivery will be free on board our warehouse.
Courier companies: 99 Minutos or Lalamove.
Maximum weight: 5 kg
Response time: 1 business day.
 
INTERIOR OF THE MEXICAN REPUBLIC
Domestic purchases over $20,000 MXN (twenty thousand pesos) will receive free shipping within the coverage area of the courier company with which we have an agreement. If the courier determines that the assigned postal code is located in an extended area, shipping will be at the buyer's expense. Otherwise, delivery will be free on board our warehouse.
Courier: Paquete Express
Maximum weight: 20 kg
Response Time: 1 to 2 business days.
 
SHIPPING ABROAD
For international purchases (outside Mexico), the buyer must send their prepaid shipping label to the desired destination with the international courier of their choice. In all cases, without exception, delivery will be free on board our warehouse.
 
NOTE: All our products are shipped with the appropriate packaging provided by us. Special shipping costs (next-day deliveries), special packaging, extended delivery zones, export/import taxes, duties, and fiscal fees in the destination country are paid by the buyer.
