The personal data that you freely and voluntarily provide to STANDARD SEAL through this website, by using our online services ("web portal"), in writing, by phone, by email, and/or by other means, may include, but is not limited to: (i) personal data, (ii) business data. Likewise, and in accordance with STANDARD SEAL's credit policies, we may request a copy of your official photo ID, certificate of incorporation and proof of address of your legal representative.

You expressly consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Notice of privacy.

We use the personal data we collect, including but not limited to, the following purposes: (i) identification and verification purposes, (ii) contact, (iii) offering and delivering our goods and services, (iv) offering new solutions, (v) offering support and assistance, (vi) informing you about changes in legislation that may affect our operations, (vii) filing the corresponding procedures with the authorities established by law. In the collection and processing of the personal data you provide to us, we comply with all the principles established by law (Article 6): legality, quality, consent, information, purpose, loyalty, proportionality, and responsibility.

We do not transfer your personal data to third parties. The personal data you provide to STANDARD SEAL may be compiled and stored in a database owned exclusively by STANDARD SEAL. Links to external sites on this portal are not the responsibility of STANDARD SEAL, and therefore we assume no responsibility for the content and privacy policies on such sites.

STANDARD SEAL has implemented administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your personal data, which we also require from the service providers we hire. Protecting the privacy of your personal data is important to STANDARD SEAL. Therefore, your data will be processed at all times in compliance with the guidelines and requirements established by law.

Under the terms of the LFPDPPP, as of January 6, 2012, you may initiate the ARCO rights protection procedure before the Federal Institute for Access to Information and Protection of Personal Data (IFAI) within 15 days following the date on which STANDARD SEAL responds to your request, or if, after the term established by law, STANDARD SEAL has not responded to your request.

As the owner of personal data, you may exercise your ARCO rights (access, rectification, cancellation, and opposition to the processing of your personal data), or revoke the consent you have given STANDARD SEAL for the processing of your personal data, by sending your request directly to the "Data protection service" area through the email address: information@standard-seal.com it must include at least:

(a) name and address or other means of communicating the response to your request; (b) documents proving your identity or, where applicable, legal representation; (c) a clear and precise description of the personal data for which you are requesting to exercise any of your ARCO rights; (d) an express statement to revoke your consent to the processing of your personal data and, therefore, to prevent its use; (d) any other element that facilitates the location of your personal data.
